Allows customers to add desired products to a virtual basket, which they can keep track of while shopping (Kwok, 2015; Zhang & Zhu, 2020).
Search and Filter
Allows customers to find products easily based on certain criteria, such as product name, price, and category (Kwok, 2015; Zhang & Zhu, 2020).
Payment System
A secure system that processes online transactions and enables customers to pay for their purchases using various methods, such as credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers (Kwok, 2015; Zhang & Zhu, 2020).
Order management
A system to track and manage customer orders from the time they are placed until they are fulfilled (Kwok, 2015; Zhang & Zhu, 2020).
Customer account
Allows customers to create and manage their own account, which includes order history, shipping information, and personal information (Kwok, 2015; Zhang & Zhu, 2020).
Customer Reviews
Allows customers to leave feedback and ratings on products, which can assist other customers in making purchasing decisions (Kwok, 2015; Zhang & Zhu, 2020).
Responsive Design
A web design approach that allows the website to adapt to different screen sizes and devices, so that it can be easily accessed and navigated on any device (Kwok, 2015; Zhang & Zhu, 2020).
